Frequently Asked Questions
The Full Story
Q Where is the Siren House located, and what airports are close by?
A The Siren House is located 20 minutes away from the white-sand beaches of Destin, Florida. There are 3 airports to choose from. We are 6 hours from Tampa, 5 hours from Atlanta, and 4 hours from NOLA.
VPS Airport: Under 30 minutes away
Panama City Beach Airport: 50 minutes away; Pensacola Airport: 1 hr 15 minutes away
Q: How can I stay on-site for events that have overnight opportunities?
A. For each event, we add available rooms as a ticket option. Contact us for imagery of the rooms you are interested in ahead of time. If tickets are not listed for rooms, they are likely sold out. You can ask to be on a list if rooms become available due to cancellations.
Q. Can multiple people stay in my room?
A. Yes. Each person must have a ticket for the event they are attending, but you can sleep multiple people in your room if you choose to. If you want additional twin or queen beds set up, we can make that happen for an additional fee of $100/twin and $200/queen. Please know that each event has its own ticket for a room for the corresponding evening. If you are attending 2 events that occur 2 days in a row, you will also need to book your room by purchasing that room’s ticket for the second event also.
Q Can I have a cage in my room that fits a person to sleep?
A. Yes. We can have a cage set up in your room for an additional fee of $300/main house and $400/guest house room.
Q Where can I find lodging if rooms are sold out?
A. 15 minutes away, very close to the VPS airport, are the nearest hotels. People love the Home2Hilton the best. If you want to stay by the beach in Destin, there’s an endless plethora of hotels and Airbnbs in different price ranges 20-30 minutes away, depending on which place you choose.
Q, Can I bring a car?
A. Yes we have plenty of room for parking.
Q I am newer to this world; are these events right for me?
A. Yes. These events have been incredible for newbies. There is no pressure to do anything at all from anyone. Watch, ask questions, socialize. Don’t do anything you aren’t ready for.
Q What kind of rules are there?
A Do not go into restricted outdoor areas outside unless vanilla clothes are worn.
No touching anyone without their consent.
No hard drug use, and during the rare events when alcohol is present, no heavy drinking/playing. Marijuana is ok.
No “poppers” or other dangerous substances.
No leaving someone else alone while gagged or tightly bound. No heavy breath play/choking.
No loud playing outside (yelling loudly from impact play, yelling vulgar adult language).
No drinking to excess where you could potentially become a problem.
No photographing anyone without their permission
No giving away of the address without our explicit permission.
Q Should I attend an event with a play partner?
A. While not mandatory, it is encouraged to attend certain events with a play partner to ensure you will have a good time. Some events, such as the Order of Indomitus and Sissy Weekend, have Mistresses already there for you, but Sissy Weekend allows you to also bring your own partner if you wish to only serve them.
Q When do I receive the address?
A. The Siren House address will be given out to ticket holders only, approximately 1 week before the event, but can be given out sooner to ticket holders if they need it for travel logistics.
Q If I cannot attend an event, are there refunds?
A. We cannot refund any event tickets or transfer them due to the limited size of most events. However, you can absolutely transfer your on-site lodging to someone you find to take it and have them pay you for it.
Q How do I find out more about The Order of Indomitus or Sissy Weekend?
A. Those events are big endeavors and have their own very informative websites, rules, applications, and different payment systems. Visit OrderofIndomitus.com and sissyweekend.com to find out more.
Q Can I pay a different way to avoid ticket fees on this website?
A. We take Cash App! Contact us for instructions.
Q Can you tell me about the general area? I may want to spend time there before or after an event.
A. A lot of people do. Destin has a "Margaritaville" vacation vibe, gorgeous beaches, boat rentals, and many things to do. For a more elevated experience, drive into Grayton Beach, Seaside (see where they filmed The Truman Show), the posh Rosemary Beach, and even the mystical wonderland of Aly’s Beach. The very immediate area surrounding the Siren House does not have much to do, but thankfully you are 20-40 minutes from so many wonderful things to do and see.
Q. What is the weather like for different events?
Events are indoors, especially during colder months, but some events may have outdoor activity in warmer months.
October events: Warm during the day (low 80s); swimming encouraged. Cooler at night. November events: Daytime hours can be warm or sweatshirt weather; it’s a toss-up. Nights are cooler, with most wanting a jacket if going outdoors. Typically, no outdoor-specific events occur.
January events: It’s our winter, and while you can go outside, we generally have indoor-only events. Expect potential cold fronts to sweep through. Days vary between the 50s and 60’s with temps dropping to the 30s to 40s in the evenings.
Q. Are there sexual activities? Are these swingers events?
A. We do not offer sexual services, and these are not swingers events. While we don’t care what 2 consenting adults do at our events, we do not provide sexual services and our events are not swinger-themed.
Q How old do you have to be to attend events?
A. You must be over 21.
Q Can I rent the location for my own event?
A In rare circumstances, this is possible, as long as I feel it will be a safe group of people, doing very safe things, and following our rules.
Q. What kinds of educational experiences do you offer?
A. We have the Service School, which teaches service-oriented submissives the art of service and how to navigate such relationships. Mistress Michelle Lacy and Miss Isobel Devi host the Dominatrix Arts (a separate informative website), which teaches women how to become professional dominatrices. We are working on an event for kink-curious couples to learn.
Q. Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
A. Beyond friendly. Welcoming with open arms.
Q Are female submissives allowed to attend events that are femdom-oriented?
Absolutely, but know it's mostly male subs.
Q Can I bring someone unvetted with me to an event if they purchase a ticket?
A You are responsible for anyone you bring. We strongly advise not bringing someone that you just met unless it’s someone who can become vetted by others. If someone becomes a problem that you bring, they will be asked to leave. You will be expected to ask them to leave or make sure they do leave, and if necessary, you will be leaving with them if that’s what it takes for them to leave.
Q. Why is this no longer a membership site?
A. Our site used to be login-only for approved vetted members (former and future vetted event attendees) which enabled them to access event tickets and information long before events were publicly advertised. It was also a place where Mistresses were going to post about their own events that they wanted vetted members to know about, some at the Siren House, some not.
Constant messages were asked by members who had login access, such as when event dates were, when tickets would be for sale, and other questions already answered inside/posted for sale inside the website.
Having to remind people dozens of times that information was already posted inside there, (which is why they have a login), was becoming tiring. Mistresses were too busy to jump in and participate in the blog, and post about their own events.
It had been happily used and thought of as a genius idea by some, and a great idea in theory but the majority were not using it as intended, despite having login access.
It also confused people who had never been to events. It unintentionally created the illusion that this was for a closed, private group, not reading that access is given to anyone who wanted to become vetted.
If you had purchased a membership in 2026, please ask for a refund or credit towards a future event.
