What is the Siren House and the Society?
The name of our organization is called "The Siren House" and the members which make up the events and educational experiences who are vetted and allowed attendance are a part of "The Siren House Society." If you are given permission to attend events and parties here, then you are a member of our Siren House Society. Read ABOUT US here.

What is the Free Membership Vs The Paid Membership?
The free membership, allows all people to peek their nose inside the website, see a summary of upcoming events which are not publicly posted with the general times of the year of when they would happen, and participate in the forum. You can also view a gallery of past experiences, updated as events and parties happen.
Viewing such things, may inspire you to want to become vetted and attend future events. In that case, you may become vetted if you wish, by inquiring at indomitusevents@gmail.com with 2 professional Mistresses or well-known event runners or similar, who can vouch for your good nature. You can then sign up for a paid membership, which enables you to view all events in great detail, with their actual dates, and access ticket purchase pages early, before events are publicly promoted. You may sign up for the paid membership, and become vetted before or after that purchase, but only the additional inside pages are able to be viewed, after we vet and manually approve and add you to those pages.

Why a login/membership?
It has been decided that the best way to have the events that we wish to have and the educational experiences we wish to have, is if we are a membership community of vetted people. We only want those who are safe and sane through the vetting process, to become members. We prefer if the dates and details of our events, are underground and only viewable to vetted members. We are here to educate and have a good time, in the spirit of exploring our individuality and forming our community. A private membership allows us to have privacy with our events. We also will not have our artistic and beautiful experiences misunderstood and taken out of context. We like our community to be peaceful and respectful.

Who can become a Siren House Society Member?
Anyone can pay for a membership and have access to some inner pages of the website, but only vetted people who have inquired about vetting, and have purchased the Siren House Society Membership, will have full access. Regardless of how you identify, all are welcome for membership.

What kind of rules are there for the Siren House?
BE KIND AND ACCEPTING OF ALL
The Siren House is a place where we do not judge anyone for their religious beliefs, ethnic backgrounds, alternative lifestyles, gender identities, and sexual orientations. All people are accepted as members. Any poor behavior shown by a guest to another guest here, for any reason, will be banned and if needed, the incident discussed with our world-wide scene to warn others. Anyone who is a member of the Siren House, and shows poor behavior at a different event elsewhere and we are alerted of it, will be banned from our society.

NO ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES UNDER THE INFLUENCE
We do not tolerate an environment where members are visibly not OK, unable to make rational decisions, and could be a danger to themselves or others, due to partaking in the use of substances (legal or not!).

We have a 0 tolerance policy for those who are high, buzzed or drunk, attempting to engage in an activity solo or with anyone else. This is dangerous and troublesome. Alcohol consumption is not banned here and neither is marijuana use in the context of what is deemed legal in the state of Florida at the given time, but we will not tolerate people who are over-doing it and becoming a problem to themselves or other. While we do at times, enjoy being "merry" and celebrating, we do not encourage or promote an environment where guests are getting extremely drunk or partaking in drug use. Our members must always be coherent, well-behaved and able to make rational decisions, or they will be asked to leave the premises.

RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTSIDERS
We have strict rules about what kind of noise takes place outdoors and at what hours. Any music, poetry readings, theatrical acts, will be shutting down at respectful, stated hours. Large congregating groups will be encouraged to go indoors.
We also never allow any very loud performances or acts which contain any language which may be considered vulgar or adult to be done outside. Only audible PG performances can be done outside.
We are very respectful of anyone outside of our location that may be close enough to hear and their not-given consent to such topics and we are especially concerned with the audible exposure of any children passing by. This is very important to us, which is why we only have members who are kind, considerate, respectful, understanding, and heavily vetted. Artistic freedom and expression is important, as long as all people involved within and outside of our space, are safe. We ONLY want a positive environment. For example: live music, a circus aerial performance, and a poetry reading is OK outside if the audible context is not adult or vulgar. A loud poetry reading or artistic performance containing loud adult or vulgar words, yelling and screaming in a worrisome manner, will not be permitted outside. We hope this makes sense.

There are more rules which are event-specific, inside the login for members to see.

How do I find out about which events are coming soon?
Log into the website (free membership) and you will see events coming up throughout the year with rough time-frames. Inquire about being vetted, to through a paid membership, see exact dates and have access to tickets .
7
Are there nearby hotels if Siren House rooms sell out?
Yes! There are hotels 10 minutes down the road. If you want to be on the beach, there are many hotels in Destin, Miramar, Santa Rosa Beach, etc beginning less than 20 minutes away.
8
How do events work with tickets and accommodations? I want to attend but also stay overnight.
Members who wish to attend an event, must purchase a ticket. Tickets WILL sell out, so it's best to purchase in advance. Tickets are non-transferable to other members if you cannot attend.
Room accommodations are a separate situation unrelated to tickets. You can choose to stay overnight at the estate IF there are rooms available. You CAN transfer rooms to someone else if you cannot attend, as long as they are a member, just let us know. There are WAY more tickets to attend than there are rooms available here. Anyone who needs to stay overnight after a party should book a room right away, or obtain a local hotel room if rooms are sold out. Plan on rooms selling out in under 72 hours per event launch.

Can I rent the Siren House for my own purposes?
The owner DOES rent the Siren House location on a rare, case-by-case basis. You must contact us with all information, amount of guests, and so on so we can forward to her. If she denies this, it is nothing personal. She has a lot of liability to consider and the peace and well-being of the surrounding area which are very important to her.
10
Do you have filming and photography days at the estate?
Yes! We will announce entire weeks, which will be available to those who seek to stay here for the purpose of creating art and networking.
11
What if I am uncomfortable with membership fee, ticket purchase, or any purchase due to my identity?
If you are concerned about your identity when purchasing membership, tickets, or accommodations, there are solutions.

Just let us know your concern, and we will help you out.
12
Can I suggest an event, class or performance?
Of course. We are happy to share ideas. That is the beauty of the human connection.
13
When can I buy gifts?
We allow gifts to be purchased for members who will be here attending an event, workshop, class, or performance by anyone (member or non-member). Please make sure the recipient is definitely attending the current event at the Siren House. DO make sure the purchase is made by the latest 8am on the first day of the event.
Wax sealed letters are printed on our beautiful stationary, and sealed with our wax logo. They are hand-delivered to guests with a single cut flower. A wax-sealed letter could be from a friend or admirer sending the recipient a friendly, thoughtful message. They can also accompany another gift.

What are giftcards used for?
Gift cards can be used towards Siren House classes, workshops, events, or anything from our in-person shop or online store. A gift card may be purchased for someone because they have an interest in attending an educational class.
